We prepare all food fresh daily with just the right amount of spice. Chef Moe hand trims and grinds the meat and poultry on-site, serving up the juiciest koobideh and chunk kababs in town.

Or try one of our delectable Persian stews, such as Fesenjun -- our unique house blend of juicy chicken chunks bathed in a rich sauce of ground walnuts and pomegranate paste. And don't miss our lamb leg stewed in a rich lentil, tomato and eggplant accompaniment. Enjoy your meal with a grilled onion and tomato, fresh vegetables, garden salad or buttered Basmati rice.

As an outdoorsman and naturalist, Chef Moe embraces all-natural ingredients and handcrafts his recipes accordingly. Salmon, lamb, chicken and beef kabobs are top quality. Moe and his team freshly grind meats on premise, hand-forming into succulent Koobideh skewers.
