About The Chef

As a unique executive master chef who specializes in all Persian dishes, Moe brings over 20 years of experience in fine cuisine to your table.
An outdoorsman and a naturalist, he embraces all products natural. With this philosophy he handcrafts all his food. Salmon, Lamb, chicken and beef kabobs are fresh and best quality. Ground meat is freshly ground inside the restaurant.
